Coronavirus-prime health pharmacy

Dear All,

We are writing to you to update you on how we as an organisation are responding to the evolving situation regarding the Coronavirus (COVID 19) pandemic. In these uncertain times, we wanted to reassure the general public that our priority is the well-being of our colleagues, clients and the public. We continue to monitor the situation and are responding accordingly, following Government and Public Health England guidelines. Prime Health Pharmacy will remain open for business as usual. Being an online pharmacy, we already have limited face to face contact with the general public except when we go out for deliveries. One of the advantages of our model is that we employ the technology offered by the NHS where your prescriptions are delivered straight to our pharmacy; we process them and then deliver to you. This means you do not have to go out especially for those who are self-isolating. We know these are challenging times for those in this category but please do not hesitate to pick up the phone and give us a ring if there is any way we can help you get your medical supplies.

The team here at Prime Health Pharmacy are working hard to ensure we keep giving you the very best service that we can offer in these difficult times. You would have noticed there is a severe shortage of medicines like paracetamol, ibuprofen and other over the counter pain killers, cold and cough medicines etc. Some of these products have a purchase limit already but we are taking extra steps to ensure people do not stockpile. For this reason, we may have to decline some orders where we discover multiple purchases. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may cause you, but we hope you all understand and continue to be patient in these uncertain times.

To reiterate, Prime Health Pharmacy will remain open for business as usual and we thank you all for your support and continued custom. We will continue to follow the government guidelines as the situation evolves.

Our thoughts go out to those affected and we send thanks to all those who are working tirelessly to protect the health of our loved ones and communities.

Please take care of yourselves and each other.

Best Wishes,

Superintendent Pharmacist
